One of the most enjoyable aspects of working in online education is collaborating with creative academics to produce engaging, authentic content for our learners. One academic I worked with wanted to share her professional experience of working in international business through a series of podcasts. It gave her the opportunity to share real-life anecdotes from the world of international business, and to discuss her challenges and triumphs.
I explained this approach and shared examples in a pre-recorded video for the Research in Distance Education (RIDE) conference organised by the Centre for Online and Distance Education, University of London. RIDE 2022 took place online on 15-16 June 2022, and in Senate House, University of London on Friday 17 June 2022.
